Jason Mark and the team of professionals with whom he works as co-counsel have handled cases involving pharmaceutical liability, serious personal injuries, product liability, toxic exposure and business fraud. Mr. Mark has been recognized nationally for his leadership in complex litigation. He is the recipient of the Massachusetts Rising Stars Award for Plaintiff Personal Injury, awarded by Law & Politics and Boston Magazine in 2005. Mr. Mark has frequently been invited as a lecturer to other lawyers on science and medical causation issues in mass tort litigation, and has authored many articles concerning the implications of medicine and science in cases involving pharmaceutical liability and serious personal injuries. Mr. Mark has also been appointed to various leadership roles in nationally coordinated litigation. He was co-lead counsel in the New Jersey Ortho Evra consolidated mass tort litigation, and co-chair of the science committee in the national Ortho Evra multi-district litigation. He was also co-chair of the American Association for Justice’s Contact Lens Solution litigation group.
